Job Summary

Manage and support IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, and network devices. Provide timely troubleshooting, software testing, and helpdesk support to ensure seamless IT operations and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Administer servers, desktops, notebooks, and printers, performing daily and monthly backups and restorations to ensure data integrity
• Troubleshoot front-end network issues to maintain stable connectivity and minimize downtime
• Update and maintain Anti-Virus software to protect systems from security threats

Responsibilities

• Record and verify daily employee attendance accurately to support workforce management
• Process corporate insurance and claims documents and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective claims management

JOB PURPOSE:

The Procurement Manager will lead the strategic sourcing and operational procurement of critical high-precision components and materials essential for semiconductor equipment manufacturing. You will manage a global supply chain to support UMS’s role as a leading integrated OEM for front-end chip-making equipment. You also will be responsible for ensuring a stable supply of raw materials (e.g., aluminium, steel) and specialized components while optimizing costs and maintaining rigorous quality standards required for the semiconductor and aerospace industries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5–8 years of procurement experience in manufacturing, precision engineering, or semiconductors.

• Proven track record in managing global supply chains and negotiating with international mills.

• Proficiency in Epicor and Microsoft BC365 

• Advanced knowledge of raw material markets (e.g., LME aluminium pricing).

• Strong negotiation, analytical mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Finance teams.
• Fluency in bilanguage

Job Description:

• Tactical/ Strategic Purchasing (Sourcing, negotiating, placing order, follow updeliveries, etc)
• Vendor Management handling the local & overseas suppliers
• Manage on-time delivery program, expediting delivery of materials to meetproduction requirement, handle supplier shipment discrepancies

Requirements:

Job Description:

• Provide necessary onsite customer support for troubleshooting and repair wafer transfer equipment
• Ability to read and comprehend electrical and technical drawings is required.
• Capable of analyzing problems and justifying them with the proper fundamental cause
• Must be able to track and close any non-conformances by the customer’s deadlines
• Define and implement a procedure to decrease the duplication of quality concerns
• Ensure product quality and sustainability through internal control methods
• Internal validation of the assembly process should be done on a regular basis
• Work hand to hand with internal assembly team for the improvements

Requirement:
