Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of human resources functions for company in Singapore, Philippines & Vietnam;
- Review and execute HR policies, operational procedures in Human Resources area to ensure compliance with ordinance and related legislations in Singapore, Philippines & Vietnam;
- Hands on Singapore Payroll, liaise with Vendor on Philippines and Vietnam payroll
- Lead and conduct end to end staff acquisition, placement and deployment;
- Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
- Source and place the right person at the right job to address operational needs to attain target business performance and growth. Adopt professional interview, offer and on boarding process;
- Maintain a positive employee relationship environment within groups and advises managers and employees by providing individual counseling to minimize employee-related problems;
- Conduct benchmarking exercise and provide data analytics for insurance
- Assist with the preparation of monthly operational reports
- Registration of training courses for staffs
- Handle various project and ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources/ Business Administration or related discipline;
- Minimum 2 years of human resources experiences from MNC;
- Well versed local employment ordinance and related legislation;
- Exhibits strong interpersonal and communications skills for communicating and building relationships;
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
