You will identify and develop leads for staging homes, commercial, and industrial properties by leveraging industry contacts and applying knowledge of property layouts to create business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Source and qualify leads to generate staging opportunities for homes, commercial, and industrial properties
Build and maintain professional contacts within the property industry to support lead generation
Apply knowledge of property layouts and surroundings to assess staging suitability and potential
Manage work tasks efficiently while working remotely in a five-day workweek setup
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience or contacts in the property industry to facilitate lead sourcing and opportunity development
Basic understanding of property layouts and surroundings to support staging decisions

Work arrangement: Work from home, five days per week
Compensation: Basic salary plus commissions based on leads attained
