• Deliver the Wet Cement from Plant to Designated Construction site

• Maintenance of Concrete Mixer Truck

• Report the Cartage to Supervisor

• Reporting of any Incident reporting of truck to supervisor

• Responsible and able to attend to Customers' request solely

Requirements

• Possess Singapore Driving License Class 4

• Accident Free Record

• Minimum 2 Years and above Experience in related field

• Experience in Driving Concrete Mixer Truck

• Able to work at any location and shift include night shifts

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure work is completed according to project plans and schedules
• Monitor site operations and ensure compliance with construction specifications, safety regulations, and company policies
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution
• Inspect construction work and materials to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met
• Monitor site progress and prepare site reports and progress updates for management
• Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and manpower at the construction site
• Identify and resolve site issues or technical problems during construction activities
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment on the construction site

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 18 years of experience in construction site supervision or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site operations, and safety regulations
• Experience supervising construction workers, subcontractors, and site activities
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to monitor project progress and ensure work meets project specifications and deadlines

JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand reporting and data analysis needs

•  Design and implement data models to analyze construction project performance, cost, and timelines

•  Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to track project progress and operational KPIs

•  Integrate and analyze data from project management systems, ERP platforms, and operational databases

•  Perform data analysis to identify cost trends, project risks, and operational inefficiencies

•  Ensure data accuracy and quality by validating project and operation datasets

•  Provide training to internal teams on using BI dashboards and report tools

•  Support management with data-driven insights for strategic planning and project optimization

IT BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS

•   Proven minimum 5 years experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting roles

•   Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools

•   Strong SQL and database management skills

•   Experience working with ERP systems or project management data is advantage

•   Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

•   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of engineering activities in construction projects.
• Plan and coordinate implementation of electrical and IT systems in construction projects.
• Support installation and integration of electrical infrastructure, network systems, and technical equipment at project sites.
• Assist in integrating digital monitoring systems, network infrastructure, and construction technology platforms used in project operations.
• Work with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure systems meet project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Support digital construction technologies such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) and project management systems. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical and technical systems.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for delivery and installation of equipment.

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or any equivalent degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction engineering, project coordination, or systems integration.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, network infrastructure, and technical system integration.
• Familiarity with BIM or digital construction technologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with project teams and contractors.

Electrical Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in electrical and electronic engineering from an affiliated college.
• Experience minimum 5 years in using or a desire to learn the required software.
• Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering.
• Proficient in design and calculation software.
