Job Description – Accounts Payable (AP)

Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing outgoing payments, verifying invoices, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of company expenses in line with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payment vouchers accurately and promptly.
• Verify vendor accounts, reconcile statements, and correct discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly/monthly payment runs and ensure compliance with payment terms.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of AP records.
• Assist in month-end closing by preparing AP reports and reconciliations.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment-related issues.

Job Description - Accounts Receivable (AR)

Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing incoming payments, monitoring outstanding receivables, and ensuring timely collection to support healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate customer invoices and ensure accurate billing.
• Record and reconcile customer payments in the system.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices and resolve billing disputes.
• Prepare AR reports, statements of accounts, and collection summaries.
• Support month-end closing with AR schedules and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.

Job Description & Requirements

• Project administrations and architectural co-ordination which include preparation of floor layout drawings, shop drawings, door scheduling submission BIM systems and submissions
• Liaise with main contractors and consultants to ensure all the technical requirements are met where applicable
• Must be experienced & proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM and Autodesk and hands on in Autodesk docs , Autodesk build will be given preference
• Minimum of 6 years experience in Architectural Coordination & at least 3 years must be in Singapore

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's degree / Professional Degree in Architectural , Enginering (Civil) or equivalent

HR Functions

• Handle day-to day HR function
• Handle Recruitment Process, Employment Contract, on-boarding and off-boarding process
• Manage Work Passes Application, Renewal and Cancellation
• Monthly Payroll, CPF Process, IR21& IR8A
• Prepare weekly/monthly HR, payroll and overtime report
• Maintain and update employee’s personal files, and ensure the confidentiality of all HR documents.

• Generate HR Letters (i.e. Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion & etc.)
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, IRAS and MOM regulations and HR best practices

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the project Department on projects undertaken by the company.
• Oversee and manage projects to ensure timely completion and to achieve highest quality of works or site.
• Maintain project control systems, planning, scheduling and to manage projects within allocated budget and manpower cost targeted by the company.
• Plan and organize resources to achieve higher productivity and minimize wastages and float time.
• Must have extensive experience in Singapore construction industry with proven track record at the senior management level.
• Must have extensive experience in dealing with main contractor and consultants to resolve all site and contractual issues.
• Must have sound knowledge in all regulatory requirements, such as building control regulations, SCDF requirements, etc.
• Assist in other business activities as and when assigned.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the Construction field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Specialize in Sub-Contractor works, especially in door and window trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform product design, prepare production drawing and must have sound knowledge of CNC programming.
• To schedule and plan all the orders including doors, locks and other products to meet project delivery schedule stipulated by the Projects and Sales Dept.
• To plan, forecast, optimize and organize various resources and provide technical support for the site installation work to achieve the quality and efficency for te project.
• To review and maintain quality assurance processes, in-process till finished product and installation quality control.
• To review and make improvement to product designs, process flows and QA/QC procedures, upkeep all quality manuals and SOPs, including reviewing productivity and efficiency of line and production of design and cutting drawings.
• To review periodically with the QC/QA engineer of the OEM to ensure that production are complying with the company quality standard.
• To assist in other business activities as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field of sheet metal products and fabrication.
• Proficient in 3D Modeling and AutoCAD.
• Proficient in SolidWorks.
• Experienced in design and calculation for Sheet metal products is a must for this position.
