Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) design works for road signage and infrastructure-related projects
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and design proposals to ensure compliance with project requirements
Liaise with consultants, contractors, project managers, and government authorities for design approvals
Coordinate integration of electrical systems for illuminated signage, gantries, traffic systems, and related infrastructure
Ensure design works comply with Singapore regulatory requirements and relevant engineering standards
Support project teams during tender, design development, and construction stages
Identify potential design conflicts and provide practical engineering solutions
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion of design deliverables
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and design staff
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination, engineering design, or infrastructure projects
Experience in road infrastructure, traffic systems, signage structures, or construction projects is highly preferred
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications
Familiar with AutoCAD and other engineering design tools
Good knowledge of Singapore engineering standards and regulatory requirements
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
