Key Responsibilities

Administrative  & HR Duties

1. Handle general office administration and coordination
2. Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records
3. Prepare letters, reports and administrative documents
4. Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and related matters
5. Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
6. Ensure office supplies and operational needs are properly managed
7. Renewal of Insurance such as Fee Protection Scheme and Medical
8. Support other general administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned

Accounts Duties

1. Prepare students contract, collection and refund
2. Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
3. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting documents
4. Coordinate with external parties when required
5. Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned

Requirement

1. Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Accounting, or related field
2. Relevant working experience preferred
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
4. Familiarity with Xero Accounting Software
5. Familiarity with SmartHRMS

Key Responsibilities

1.     Execute Course Planning & Time-tabling

a.     Execute course plan and related workplan project

b.     Execute communication of timetable to trainers & students

c.     Support academic and student development related events

d.     Update timetable data via wise.net and Student Portal

2.     Conduct Academic related Briefing & Survey 

a.     Conduct Student Orientation Briefing

b.     Conduct Module Survey and Data Collation

c.     Conduct any adhoc survey, e.g. academic event

3.     Monitor student conduct and learning 

a.     Monitor Attendance records, and prepare Letter of Warning

b.     Maintain records of Student Learning and Recognition for good conduct

c.     Support preparation of student progress report and communication

4.     Support Exam & Graduation Processes

a.     Execute Exam Session Plan

o  Prepare and communicate on Exam Schedule (including invigilator & students)

o  Prepare exam room and student list

o  End of Exam admin to close exam session

b.     Update exam result in Exam Database

o  Update exam results via wise.net and Student Portal

c.     Coordinate graduation status and processes

o  Support Graduation Admin

o  Prepare graduation list of endorsement 

o  Print and Issue Certificate

Qualifications required:

1.                  Minimum ‘A/O’ Levels, or Diploma with a pass in English and Chinese

2.                  Proficiency in oral and written English 

Skills required:

1.                  Proficient in IT and Office Suite Software 

2.                  MUST be able to communicate effectively – internally and externally

3.                  Good knowledge of MS Office applications

4.                  Perform additional ad‑hoc duties as required to support school operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English that are aligned with the Cambridge A Level syllabuses.
• Prepare students for international examinations, including Cambridge Checkpoints and A level.
• Develop lesson plans, schemes of work, assessments, and teaching materials.
• Monitor and track students’ progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports students’ learning.
• Participate in staff meetings, curriculum planning, and school events.

Requirements:

• Recognised teaching qualification preferred (e.g., PGCE, PGDE, QTS, or MOE-recognised certification). Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in the Cambridge curriculum environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong instructional delivery, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
• Part-time teachers that are specialize in delivering the Cambridge – A level subjects.
• A Level Core Subjects: Economics, English, Accounting, Chemistry, Physics
• Bachelor’s Degree and an excellent grade in the relevant subject or subjects.

About the Role

We are seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Admin Officer to support student affairs, front-desk operations, administrative functions, and basic HR administration. This role focuses on service, coordination, admissions support, and assisting with day-to-day HR matters.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Front Desk Support
• Handle enquiries from students and parents via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Provide professional, timely, and accurate information about school procedures and student services.
• Assist in resolving issues/feedback and follow up to ensure satisfactory closure.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming front-desk experience.

Admissions & Student Support
• Assist with the admission process, student registration, and documentation.
• Maintain and update student records and internal databases.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams on student-related matters.

HR Administration Support
• Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and preparing documents.
• Maintain employee records and ensure proper filing of HR documents.
• Support onboarding processes for new staff, including preparation of employment documentation.
• Assist in tracking staff attendance, leave records, and contract renewals.
• Support HR-related administrative tasks as assigned.

General Administrative Duties
• Perform administrative tasks assigned by the Administration Head.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and internal communication.
• Liaise with IT for website updates when required.
• Participate in job rotation to learn new responsibilities and support operational needs.

Communication & Coordination
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, internal staff, and external stakeholders.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, with passes in English and Chinese.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking students and parents).
