About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Event Sales Floral Executive to manage and grow our event floral business. This role combines sales, client management and creative coordination, working closely with clients to bring their event visions to life through floral styling.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and develop new business opportunities for corporate events, weddings, media events and special occasions
- Manage client inquiries, consultations, quotations, and contract negotiations
- Understand clients' event themes, budgets, and design requirements
- Work closely with operation teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Prepare proposals, mood boards, presentations for clients
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Attend site visits and meetings as required
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client accounts
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in events, floristry, weddings, or hospitality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative eye and appreciation for floral styling and event aesthetics
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends during event periods
Proficient in MS Office; design tool (Canva) / photoshop/ Adobe experience is an advantage
