Reporting to the Flight Business Unit Head, Senior Strategy and Growth Manager (SGM) is a dynamic role that will be deeply involved in making strategic decisions in countries where Traveloka operates particularly in Flight Business Unit. The primary responsibility of the SGM will be in country strategy formulation and optimization efforts across domains, which will involve the development and implementation of the necessary strategic frameworks, governance routines, and analytic tools that will enable the SGM to deliver actionable recommendations to achieve the financial outcomes.

Key day-to-day tasks will include but is not limited to:

• Define and drive the execution of overarching country strategic growth framework
• Identify pockets of opportunities from demand generation, fulfillment, and supply improvement perspectives
• Formulate recommendations for marketing and commercial terms, by working with the respective regional marketing and commercial teams
• Define strategy to realize and execute financial goals consistently, working cross-functionally with with Marketing, Commercial, Pricing, Finance, and other functional areas as required
• Own financial goals for a market, i.e., keeping track of current achievement against target and identifying key levers of growth for the market and drive the implementation of the levers by either influencing other functional areas or executing directly

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or any other quantitative fields, or other relevant fields from reputable universities with (minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0 is a plus). An MBA or Master's Degree in the aforementioned field is a plus.
• 8+ years or more of working experience
• Experience in the travel industry, other technology companies, or global consulting firms is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and an excellent understanding of the P&L and key levers to drive both top and bottom line growth.
• Must have a high level of analytical skills, with an ability to distill information and uncover insights from a variety of source
• Strongly results-oriented and operates with a non-rule-based mindset
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.

As the Product Management Lead for Commercial Program Products within our Accommodation business unit, you will sit at the intersection of business growth and product innovation. This role is not just about managing features; it is about architecting the engines that drive our commercial success. You will lead a team of Product Managers to incubate new products, scale existing programs, and navigate the complex technical and regulatory landscape of the travel industry.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of products that enable commercial growth, ranging from incentive systems and partner marketing tools to complex financial structures for accommodations. You will act as the bridge between high-level business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that our commercial initiatives are scalable, compliant, and highly performant. The successful candidate will navigate complex cross-functional landscapes, collaborating with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Accounting, to launch diverse commercial initiatives that drive market share, enhance partner value, and unlock sustainable revenue streams through innovative product architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Leadership & People Management: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, business empathy, and professional growth.
• Commercial Incubation: Partner closely with the Commercial and Business teams to identify market gaps, prototype new commercial products, and take them from 0 to 1, then 1 to N.
• Strategic Roadmapping: Define and drive the product vision for Commercial Programs, aligning technical capabilities with business KPIs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in product management within a high-growth tech environment.
• Proven track record of leading team members and managing the output of a product squad or line.
• Demonstrated ability to balance Business Acumen (P&L impact), Product Sense (user experience), and Technical Skills (system logic and architecture).
• Experience in Marketing Ads-Tech (attribution, bidding, campaign management) or Fin-Tech (ledgers, payments, reconciliation) is a strong plus.
