Accounts cum Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Accounts

• Handle quarterly billing processes accurately and efficiently
• Process contractors’ payments using digital platforms
• Manage debtors control and follow up on outstanding payments
• Assist with ad-hoc accounting duties as required

Administrative

• Maintain proper records, filing systems, and correspondences
• Support daily office operations and property management activities
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and contractors
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Proactive with a positive working attitude
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic accounting knowledge is preferred
