We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and resourceful HR Executive to join our HR team. This role will manage the full spectrum of HR functions with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition for IT and technology-related roles.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while contributing to overall HR operations.
Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination and onboarding handover.
· Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process
· Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, with a focus on building sustainable talent pipelines
· Prepare and contribute to recruitment reports and metrics
· Employee Lifecycle Management including onboarding and offboarding processes, orientation, probation confirmation and exit procedures
· Actively source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
HR Administration & Generalist Support
· Prepare and maintain HR reports, records and documentation
· Assist in performance management and employee development programs
· Provide support and guidance on employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
· Ensure compliance with local employment laws and WSH regulations
· Manage Learning & Development including yearly training analysis, compile training budget, coordinate trainings and maintaining training records

Requirements
· Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources or related field
· At least 3 years HR experience, preferably with strong experience in IT or technical recruitment
· Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices
· Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment platforms
· Meticulous and able to interact effectively with all levels of staff
· Proactive, strategic thinker, and resourceful problem solver
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
