Job Responsibilities
- Assist in tender and contract administration
- Perform quantity take-offs for tender submissions
- Prepare documentation for sourcing and obtaining quotations
- Responsible for pre-tender estimates and preparation of tender documents
- Conduct tender exercises for subcontract works, including evaluation and award of contracts
- Liaise closely with the Procurement team
- Handle progress claims, variation orders, budgeting, cost control, and final account settlement
- Coordinate and provide support to the project team
- QS candidates with contract knowledge will have an added advantage
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, with 2–3 years of relevant experience
- A good team player with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Possesses strong initiative, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Singapore Local Residential work experience will be an advantage
Working Hours:
Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
