Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and technical teams to design, build, and support applications that drive business success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.

• System Analyst: Min 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Senior System Analyst: Min 5+ years in full-stack software development and application support roles.

• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core (MVC / Web API), and .NET 6+ frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, RESTful APIs design, and microservices architecture.

• Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (React preferred; Angular or Vue.js a plus).

• Familiarity with other programming languages such as Python to support integration and modernisation initiatives.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), including deployment and monitoring of cloud-native.

• Practical knowledge of containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps toolchains.

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for proactive and organized Production Schedulers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring production schedules to ensure that company goals and delivery deadlines are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Create and maintain production schedules to meet company targets and timelines for all offset printing jobs.  Need to manage multiple production schedules simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

·       Work closely with internal teams such as Customer Service, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics and outworkers.

·       Communicate daily and weekly production schedules to the teams and resolve any scheduling conflicts promptly.

·       Optimize production workflow and performance to improve efficiency.

·       Coordinate with external vendors for outsourced jobs and ensure timely delivery.

·       Manage outworking costs, plan equipment maintenance, and handle delivery arrangements.

·       Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and minimize waste.

·       Prepare and present management reports on production performance.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Production Management, or a related field

·       Minimum 1–3 years of scheduling experience; knowledge of offset printing is an added advantage.

·       Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills.

·       Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

·       Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.

·       Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting function of the company (including AR, AP, GL,
Cost Accounting, GST, CbCR, Corporate tax and reporting etc)

·       Manage all accounting requirements (including operational, statutory, management and financial
reporting, forecasting and budgeting)

·       Manage and supervise a team of accounting professionals and responsible for team
development

·       Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax consultants, other professional, governmental
authorities, bankers, customs, customers and suppliers on matters relating to the company

·       Responsible for all statutory reporting, audit, tax, and statutory compliance matters for the
company and successfully comply with corporate policies and statutory regulations

·       To support Department Managers/related parties with necessary financial reports and analysis
of operation performance in terms of profitability and efficiency, and play a business partnering
role

·       Monthly management reporting, variance analysis and highlight reasons for variances and timely
submission of report to Corporate Office

·       To lead quarterly stock take and accounts-related projects

·       Review and implement improvement in internal control and processes to minimize risk exposure

·       Ensure proper credit control of accounts receivable

·      Responsible for Fixed assets management, cash flow forecasting and control of company
expenses, Capital Expenditure management

·       Review and formulate finance policies and procedures

·       Maintaining efficient and effective work flow system and make recommendations to
management when necessary

·       Review current ERP system, assist in training and support on financial system and processes and
lead system implementation if necessary

·       Other duties or adhoc projects as assigned by Management

Requirements:

·       Degree in Accountancy or ACCA with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience

·       Leadership quality with good people and supervisory skills and ability to manage change within
the team

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team player

·       Strong planning & analytical skills

·       Hands on, self-motivated, meticulous and committed personality and able to work well under
pressure and adhere to tight reporting deadlines
