Qualifications

• Relevant sales experience in telecommunications, ICT solutions, or digital infrastructure, with exposure to public sector customers.

• Proven track record in selling technology or connectivity solutions to government ministries, statutory boards, or public sector agencies.

• Strong understanding of government procurement processes, tenders, and framework agreements in Singapore.

• Established relationships within the Singapore public sector will be highly advantageous.

• Strong negotiation, commercial structuring, and account management skills.

• Self-driven with the ability to manage complex and long sales cycles typical of public sector engagements.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
