• Holds a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Temenos Solutions Consultancy, and Expert Services, ideally in a banking environment.
• Experience in T24 Core Banking transformation/Temenos Wealth Suite projects with specialization in the Private Banking domain is MANDATORY
• Show in-depth knowledge of standard banking processes and T24 modules.
• Strong product knowledge in Modules Securities,Corporate Actions, DX & SY will be preferred.
• Experience in Trading and Order Management Systems, Trade Settlements, SWIFTS will be an advantage
• Show full understanding and ability to leverage the TEMENOS Implementation Methodology
• Other: Analytical, organized, team player and able to work in a Multicultural environment, excellent presentation skills.
• Prior experience in Core banking Migration lead, and driving the migration team will be an asset.
• Experience working in Agile environment.
• Financial Accounting and GL reporting with hands-on experience in the preparation of Accounting Schemas, Charts of Accounts, and analyzing GL mismatches will be an asset.

Description

This role is for a Senior Application Manager (Temenos) with a deep understanding of private banking modules,

also acting as the application manager.

Responsibilities

∙Development and fucntional experience with T24 and TAFJ R23 or higher in a multi-company multi-

application server set-up

∙To be able to understand technical solution for the application (temenos / TAP / Infinity) so that he/she

can also contribute and lead functional discussions

∙To handle end to end of functional implementation of complex and custom-built solution

∙Work collaboratively with team to achieve goals. Experience working in a Safe Agile environment

∙Ensure Organization’s development standards and Banking best practices are followed in conjunction with

Temenos Applications

∙Impact assessment of all Temenos application changes and identify downstream impact

∙Ensure Design uses the correct integration patterns and formats

∙Ensure Design is fully scalable, reliable and resilient and Design is not creating any platform debt (or) using

any obsolete technology

∙Documentation updates and sign off like JIRA, Confluence, unit test documents, source code review

reports, sonar scans, vulnerability scans, operational handover documents, etc.

∙Inform client application platform Lead of any item to report to security, IT risk, architecture to register

∙Close collaboration with Business Engineers, System Architects, PMs, test management teams

∙Continuous sharing of latest banking functional concepts with team

∙Investigate and resolve production issues (RTB) to help maintain a stable production environment; remain

cool and effective in crisis

∙Participate in reviews meetings and provide updates on project progress

∙Effectively manage the development resources and deliveries from the squad

∙Drive and review technical and architectural design, enforce architectural guidelines and challenge status

quo

Skills Requirement

∙Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science/Related Field

∙10-15 years of Functional and Technical experience in Temenos application platforms

∙Deep understanding of the Private banking modules and Temenos Application Services framework to build

robust solutions

∙Implementation experience of the SWIFT messaging, interfacing patterns, STP processes

∙Able to translate functional requirements to efficient and fit-for-purpose technical solutions

∙Systematic and meticulous, good communication skills, work ethics & service attitude

∙Hands on experience with Temenos Integration & Interaction frameworks and Streaming solutions

∙Fair understanding of the Application deployment architecture and infrastructure

Technical Skills

∙Temenos R23 and higher, TAFJ R23 and higher and TAP

∙Multi-Company set-up and multi-app server set-up

∙Experience with T24 development on Cloud environments

∙Experience in Temenos Unit Test framework

∙Integration framework, Outbox Event Streaming and Interaction framework (IRIS), MQ, JBOSS
