WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Deliver high-energy, safe, and technically excellent BFT group training sessions
- Motivate and guide members through science-backed functional workouts
- Build genuine connections with members on the floor before and after every class
- Maintain BFT’s world-class coaching standards in every single session
- Assist with member onboarding, fitness assessments, and goal-setting when required
- Contribute positively to the studio’s culture and community vibe
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Fitness Certificate or equivalent — fresh graduates and final-year students welcome
- Passionate about functional training, strength, and conditioning
- Energetic, reliable, and genuinely member-focused
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to hype people up
- CPR/AED certified or willing to obtain before starting
- Available for early morning, evening, and/or weekend slots
- Prior group fitness or personal training experience is a plus but not essential
