Key Responsibilities

* Perform incoming goods checks

* Verify quantity, basic condition, and match against delivery documents

* Packing and preparing outgoing shipments

* Ensure items are packed securely and correctly

* Label parcels clearly and accurately

* Assist with stock organization

* Arrange items neatly in storage areas

* Basic inventory updates

* Support receiving and delivery coordination

* Assist during pickup or dispatch of goods

* Handle delivery and collection of goods

* Ensure timely and safe delivery to customers or outlets

* Load and unload goods carefully

* Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicle

* Other ad-hoc tasks related to store operations when required

Requirements

* Responsible, careful, and detail-oriented

* Able to follow packing and checking instructions

* Physically fit for light lifting and standing work

* Basic reading and counting skills

* Possess valid driving license with good driving record

* Familiar with local routes and able to use navigation apps

* Prior warehouse/store experience is a plus, but training will be provided

Key Responsibilities

1. ⁠Support and coordinate domestic and international shipments.

2. ⁠Assist in receiving and delivery coordination.

3. Packing and preparing outgoing shipments.

4. Assist with stock organization and handle delivery and collection of goods.

5. Load and unload goods carefully and label parcels clearly and accurately.

6. Ensure timely and safe delivery to customers or outlets.

7. ⁠Communicate with customers, and courier companies to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.

8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in shipping or logistics support.

2. ⁠Familiar with packing and able to follow instructions.

3. ⁠Basic reading and counting skills.

4. ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

5. ⁠Good attention to detail, careful, strong organizational and communication skills.

6. ⁠Possess valid driving license with good driving record.

7. Physically fit and able to do packing.

8. Familiar with local routes and able to use navigation apps.
