Role Summary:

The Material Controller is responsible for coordinating materials for planned and unplanned outages, inventory tracking of parts, logistics coordination, warehouse space allocation, and shipping.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders on material control responsibilities during planning and execution of power plant maintenance
• Coordinate with counterparts to obtain shipping documents
• Establish and maintain systems to manage inventory parts, spares, and consumables
• Coordinate with customer on space allocation for materials in the customer warehouse and in the required laydown and staging areas
• Supervise contractor manpower that will be engaged to support material control responsibilities as required
• Stock-take the consumables and miscellaneous hardware, and produce accurate reports for their consumption and stock levels
• Set up and equip temporary site offices for the outage team during outage works at power plant sites
• Handle onsite administrative arrangements for the onsite outage team, such as site induction courses, transportation, meals, IT equipment, and other outage amenities
• Stays abreast with customer needs, and support the team in delivering good customer service and maintaining good working relationship with the customers
• Frequent travel to client sites (Singapore based) such as Jurong Island

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Relevant experience power or oil and gas industry will be advantageous

Summary:

The Technology Division oversees the operation, maintenance, and support of critical enterprise applications and infrastructure, ensuring stability, compliance, and service reliability. The IT Infrastructure Team manages core systems including networks, servers, storage, middleware, and databases ensuring resilience, security, and high performance.

The Senior Network Engineer will handle infrastructure issues across evaluation, design, implementation, maintenance, and support, contributing to seamless and reliable IT operations.

Responsibilities:

Network Administration

• Perform network administration in a heterogeneous environment (production, DR, test) comprising of network & security equipment, telecommunication links
• Perform hardening, upgrade and enhancement on IT infrastructure components
• Monitor, assess, schedule and implement network, and product-specific security vulnerability patches
• Monitor obsolescence of IT infrastructure components (network systems)
• Monitor expiry and perform renewal of network system password and certificates
• Implement network backups operations to ensure data recoverability and business continuity
• Execute disaster recovery plans for IT infrastructure (network systems) and conduct regular disaster recovery testing and component switchover exercises to ensure usability of standby and DR equipment
• 24 x 7 support is needed (shift work)

Project Management & Support

• Provide infrastructure (system & network) support to projects in accordance to the project timeline

Process Management
