Position Summary:

The Data Centre Operator provides data centre systemsmaintenance and monitoring service and basic support in data centre equipmentinstallation. He/She monitors data volume, maintains internal documentation,and performs independent troubleshooting of recurring issues whenever required.

• Assist with management and tracking of assets and the generation of reports
• Support planned maintenance events, system backup processes and disasterrecovery drills
• Perform physical visitor access request into datacenter.
• Perform physical equipment movement request in orout of data center. Manage inventory movements with all necessary approvals andchecking that it matches with request.
• Health monitoring of systems via NOC dashboardsusing monitoring tools.
• Escalate issue to relevant parties based on SOP andescalation matrix.
• Reports generation (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Monitor patching notification email that is send outto the system custodian.
• Daily checking of logs to prepare for audit: visitorlog, keypress log, staging, storage, DC item log and inventory movements.
• Weekly checking of logs to prepare for audit: CCTVand degauss logs.
• Perform any other task assigned that is related tojob requirements.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in computer engineering or equivalent
• At 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Required to work in 24 x 7 data center on varied 12 hours shifts including nights,weekends, and holidays.
• He/she is inquisitive and displays a positive attitude when facing obstacles. He/she follows a logical process when making decisions.He/she is also able to communicate effectively and works well in a team.
• He/she displays willingness to learn and iscommitted to provide service level excellence in everything that he/she does.
• He/she needs to be proficiency in Microsoft office.

Position Overview

This role leads the design, implementation, and support of tech-driven procurement and supply chain solutions, leveraging AI, machine learning, and automation. Responsibilities include collaborating on system requirements, ensuring integration and data integrity, coordinating with infrastructure teams, managing vendors to meet service standards, and providing user support and training.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support IT strategy relating to procurement and supply chain initiatives
• Lead and build procurement and supply chain solutions, including automations using AI/ML and RPA tools
• Work with other Apps Lead to ensure proper system integrations and data integrity between procurement and supply chain systems
• Participate in defining business systems requirements together, with functional teams
• Collaborate with key users and business stakeholders to collate operational requirements and prioritization.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and support procurement and supply chain solution
• Coordinate with infrastructure/EUC on hardware and network matters
• Provide training, demo and user support for business stakeholders.
• Effective vendor management with distinctive performance in AMS SLA (IT Outsourcing) and individual contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related discipline is required
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in implementing and supporting procurement and supply chain solutions  
• Have a good understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
• Possess knowledge of supply chain or procurement operations
• Familiar with automation such as RPA and AI technologies in procurement and supply chain
• Experiences with procurement and supply chain applications such as Ariba, as well as ERP supply chain systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions

Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage Solution and Governance team and SMEs in establishing development best practices, guidelines, and quality gates.
• Establish and enforce development guidelines and best practices for SAP projects
• Review technical design documents and application builds to ensure alignment with project requirements and quality standards.Set up deployment processes and code quality gates to maintain high standards in application delivery
• Utilize hands-on experience in database modeling, SAP HANA, CDS views, and performance fine-tuning and optimization
• Work with RICEWFS (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) to ensure effective application functionality
• Guide and mentor SAP Delivery Teams in best practices and innovative solutions
• Ensure familiarity with both cloud and on-premise development tools and technologies to enhance development processes
• BTP Side-by-side extensions for S4 HANA
• BTP Cloud Platform Integration (Integration Suite) /SAP PO Expertise is required 
• Expert on SAP Integration Technology (REST, SOAP, ODATA, File based)

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP application development with strong ABAP/Fiori programming and integration skills
• Experience in application performance fine-tuning
• Strong understanding of development guidelines, deployment processes, and code quality standards
• Hands-on experience in database modeling, CDS views, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with RICEWFS methodologies
• Functional knowledge in SAP FI, MM, and Billing will be an added advantage
• Excellent mentoring and leadership skills
• Experience in SAP COE will be an added advantage
• Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) /Reporting will be added advantages
