Core Function
This is a dual reporting position.
As the Programmes and Partnerships (P&P) Executive, the incumbent assists the HOD in programme planning, development and implementation tailored for persons with disabilities (PWDs), as well as managing partners/stakeholders including Allied Health Professionals (AHPs), corporate partners, community partners, volunteers and caregivers. This role focuses on managing AHP partnership/intervention and engaging caregivers. Hence, the P&P Executive works closely with caregivers and clients, AHPs and colleagues, to create a supportive environment that promotes personal growth and community integration for the clients.
Working directly with the Executive Director, the incumbent provides high-level strategic and administrative support. This role acts as a key resource in advancing organisational goals by coordinating strategic projects with the Management team, and leading SUN-DAC's compliance and governance initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
1. Management of AHP services
- Coordinates and manages the contracts, including the deployment and performance evaluation of the outsourced AHP services
- Executes and reviews the monthly training plans by the AHPs for the Training Officer group
- Assists in planning and delivering structured interventions with the AHPs, and reviews the processes and effectiveness
- Works together with the AHPs to prepare quarterly reports for Board Programme Committee and monthly report for Management meetings
2. Collaboration with Partners
- Engages with schools, community partners, and corporate partners to share about SUN-DAC's services and conduct workshops on understanding and communicating with PWDs
- Recruits suitable volunteers or interns to support with community-based and AHP programmes
3. Caregiver Engagement
- Plans, organises, and executes caregivers' engagement sessions through various platforms to ensure that the caregivers are engaged, aligning to the strategic plan
- Facilitates feedback and prepares reports and summary of the engagement session to ensure that the engagement is effective
- Tracks budget utilisation for caregiver engagement
- Seeks out collaborations and partners for caregiver's engagement session
4. Administrative Duties in the Programmes and Partnerships Team
- Coverage for the other team members in their absence, in the area of volunteer management, stakeholder partnerships, and programme development
- Prepares documents and reports to seek funding for the programme, and presentation to stakeholders
- Any other duties assigned by HOD
5. Executive Support & Strategic Administration
- Drafts, reviews, and prepares high quality reports and presentation decks to support the Executive Director
- Supports the execution and tracking of strategic organisational projects, including Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives
- Assists in the systematic review and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Policies
- Manages and upholds Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) compliance across the organisation, ensuring data privacy standards and protocols are rigorously maintained
- Performs other strategic, administrative, or operational duries as directed by the ED

Core Job Requirements
Education
- Postgraduate, bachelor's degree, or Diploma, preferably in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or Project Management
Experience
- Experience with social service and working with PWDs will be an advantage
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with caregivers, stakeholders, and clients
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple programs and activities simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members, volunteers, and community and corporate partners
- Creative thinking and adaptability to address challenges and make decisions in dynamic environments
- Knowledge of program design, implementation, and evaluation processes, particularly in a community setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with data management systems
