We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin cum Accounts Assistant to support our daily operations in the construction sector. Fresh candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative tasks and office coordination
• Assist with basic accounting (invoices, receipts, data entry)
• Maintain proper records and filing
• Support payroll, expense tracking, and petty cash
• Liaise with suppliers and clients
• Assist in procurement and general admin duties

Requirements:

• Fresh candidates are welcome (training will be provided)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Willingness to learn accounting and admin tasks
• Responsible, organized, and proactive attitude
• Able to multitask and work independently

• Interpreting blueprints and structural specs to measure, mark, and sketch layout lines on metal stock.
• Cutting, bending, and forming metal using machinery (e.g., brakes, lasers, shears) and hand tools.
• Welding, soldering, bolting, riveting, or using metal driver clips to fasten parts.
• Installing HVAC ductwork, metal roofs, siding, gutters, and cabinets, often at construction sites.
• Checking finished products for quality and conformity to codes, polishing, and grinding seams for a smooth finish.
• Repairing and maintaining existing metal components, including replacing HVAC components and repairing leaks. Adhering strictly to safety protocols, including using protective gear to avoid cuts and burns
