Job Responsibilities

1、Take full responsibility for market expansion and achieving sales targets in the UK and European regions, driving overall business growth in Europe.

2、Proactively identify, evaluate, and develop potential clients, distributors, and strategic partners to continuously expand market coverage.

3、Build and maintain long-term, stable customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and deepen collaboration.

4、Manage the full sales cycle within the assigned region, including lead generation, needs analysis, solution development, commercial negotiation, and order closure.

5、Work closely with internal teams (Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

6、Collect and analyze market intelligence, industry trends, and competitor activities to support the development of European market strategies.

7、Participate in industry exhibitions, client visits, and marketing activities to strengthen brand presence in the European market.

8、Regularly report sales progress, market insights, and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications

1、Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

2、1-3 years of experience in overseas sales or European market sales.

3、Proven track record of successfully developing the European market is preferred.

4、Strong understanding of the European business environment and communication practices.

5、Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.

6、Results-driven with strong business development capabilities and self-motivation.

7、Fluent in English (working proficiency required); additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are a plus.

8、Willingness to travel frequently within Europe.

9、Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.

Responsibilities

• To assist in developing API and adapter for our product to interface with RoMi-H: https://www.cgh.com.sg/chart/projects/mhi
• Lead and contribute to software engineering tasks, including embedded development (in C), basic full stack web development, and tools that support customer-facing operations and internal processes, including supporting key customer engagements in Singapore by translating field feedback into actionable technical solutions
• Develop and optimize intelligent driving algorithms, including localization, mapping, environment perception, path planning, and vehicle control.
• Collaborate closely with global R&D teams (Singapore, China, US, Europe) across the full product development lifecycle, from early-stage design to deployment.
• Perform algorithm tuning, hardware adaptation, and system integration as required by project needs.
• Maintain and debug autonomous driving vehicles, ensuring smooth operation and resolving any testing issues.
• Support vehicle demos at client events, trade shows, and marketing activities, and gather customer feedback to enhance vehicle functionality.
• Contribute to documentation for regulatory compliance and systems integration.
• Assist in continuous process improvement across R&D and manufacturing environments.
• Take on other related tasks as part of a fast-moving, collaborative product team.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Strong programming skills with proficiency in C++/Python.
• Solid mathematical skills, familiar with geometry, optimization algorithms, and robotics theory.
• Good coding practices, strong documentation skills, and effective teamwork and communication abilities.
• Experience or research in one or more of the following areas:

○ Lidar-based localization and mapping.

○ Trajectory planning and model predictive control.

○ Filtering and optimization algorithms.

○ Multi-sensor calibration and fusion.

• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with colleagues in Singapore, China, US
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to grow technically and professionally.
• Experience or interest in robotics, embedded systems, or smart manufacturing is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

● Familiarity with robotic systems and their various components.

● Experience in the development of robotic systems, with a preference for candidates who have successfully deployed products.

● Excellent coding abilities with a focus on maintainability and readability; experience in long-term software engineering is a plus.

● Experience with robotics competitions is a plus.

Job Summary

You will perform daily production operations in an electronics factory, including assembly, testing, and packaging, while following quality standards and safety regulations to meet production targets efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Follow production SOP, process flow, and quality standards to assemble, test, package, mark, insert components, solder, and perform other line tasks accurately
• Operate production equipment, fixtures, tools, and measuring instruments properly, conducting daily equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure smooth operation
• Adhere to the production schedule to achieve required output, efficiency, and yield targets consistently
• Perform self-inspection and mutual inspection during production to identify defective products and abnormalities, reporting issues promptly to supervisors or technicians
• Comply with 5S, EHS, ESD, and workshop safety regulations to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Complete production reports, inspection records, and material usage documentation accurately to ensure data integrity
• Follow instructions from production supervisors or team leaders, including line changes, overtime, inventory counts, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Participate actively in on-the-job training to enhance operational skills and quality awareness
• Conserve materials, consumables, and energy to minimize waste and reduce production costs
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to maintain smooth production line operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Willingness to work a 5-day work week (Monday to Thursday: 8AM to 6PM; Friday: 8AM to 5PM)
• Willingness to work overtime on weekdays and Saturdays, with overtime pay calculated at 1.5 times the basic hourly rate for weekdays and 2 times for weekends
• Ability to work in an electronics factory environment and wear anti-static work clothes
• Physical ability to perform tasks without color blindness, color weakness, or conditions affecting hand steadiness or causing excessive sweating

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Secondary school or ITE education is acceptable
• Relevant experience in an electronics factory environment is an advantage
