Job Overview
The Marketing Executive supports the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer retention, and customer growth. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to
implement both online and offline strategies across digital channels, events, advertising, and lead-generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Digital Marketing
· Manage and execute social mediacontent calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.)
· Create and schedule posts, ensure brand consistency, and monitor engagement.
· Assist in managing website updates,landing pages, and SEO content optimisation.
· Support email marketing campaigns including copywriting, segmentation, scheduling, and performance reporting.
·Track digital analytics (traffic,engagement, conversions) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
·Assist in community management: responding to comments, messages, and customer enquiries.
2. Events & Campaign Execution
· Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing brand events, workshops, product launches, and open house events.
· Manage event logistics including venue setup, vendor coordination, collateral preparation, and registration.
· Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure event objectives are met.
· Support post-event follow-ups such as recap reports, performance metrics, photo/video collation, and customer
feedback.
3. Advertising & Brand Communications
· Assist in developing advertising materials for print, social, digital, and in-store promotions.
· Work with creative team/agencies to create key visuals, banners, posters, and promotional assets.
· Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all communication materials.
· Coordinate with media partners for ad placements, schedule tracking, and deliverables.
· Support copywriting across ads, brochures, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
4. Lead Generation & Customer Growth and Retention
· Execute digital lead-gen campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
· Monitor performance of lead funnels, cost per lead, and lead quality.
· Coordinate promotional mechanics and customer acquisition campaigns.
· Prepare monthly lead reports to track growth, conversion, and campaign ROI.
5.Customer Retention & Loyalty
· Support CRM activities aimed at increasing repeat visits and customer lifetime value.
· Assist in building customer journeys, retention flows, and automated email/SMS campaigns.
· Monitor customer engagement metrics: repeat rate, churn risk, reactivation rate, and loyalty performance.
· Coordinate retention campaigns such as birthday treats, exclusive offers, member previews, and upsell programmes.
· Work with Digital, Creative, Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure consistent brand experience across touchpoints.
General Responsibilities
· Support daily administrative tasks including database management, inventory of marketing collaterals, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
· Conduct competitor research and market insights reporting.
· Collaborate with Digital, Creative, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to align on messaging and ensure smooth campaign rollouts.
· Stay updated on marketing trends, new digital tools, and industry best practices.
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in Marketing or relevant field.
· At least 1 year of relevant working experience. Candidates with stronger experience may be considered for a Senior Executive role.
· Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid media platforms will be an added advantage.
· Strong interpersonal skill and creative thinker
· Results driven with strong ownership to meet KPIs and campaign objectives
· Able to manage multiple tasks while ensuring high
quality outcomes.
