Coordinate and oversee project activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Manage site workers, liaise with contractors, obtain supplier quotations, monitor progress, prepare reports, and ensure budget compliance.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with site workers to achieve daily project targets on schedule
Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to track project status and inform stakeholders
Coordinate project activities and manage documentation to ensure timely completion of all deliverables
Liaise with project contractors to verify that technical requirements and standards are met
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers for project materials and services to support procurement decisions
Monitor project progress continuously and follow up on any delays or issues to maintain schedule adherence
Ensure all project activities comply with approved budgets and financial controls
Attend client meetings and conduct site surveys to gather requirements and provide project updates
