Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR/Admin Executive to lead the HR/Admin function and manage a wide range of human resources and administrative activities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, familiar with the full spectrum of HR processes including Learning & Development, employee relations, and performance appraisal and capable of handling ad-hoc assignments while guiding junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead and mentor the HR/Admin team, ensuring smooth workflow and development of team members.
• Assign and oversee ad-hoc projects as needed, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Human Resources Management:
• Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, Learning & Development, and employee relations.
• Administer performance appraisal processes, ensuring fairness, timeliness, and alignment with company objectives.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in payroll preparation, benefits administration, and leave management.
Administration & Office Management:
• Oversee office operations, facilities management, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and reporting of administrative activities.
• Coordinate company events, meetings, and other internal activities.
Policy & Compliance:
• Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor regulations.
• Support audits and HR/administrative reporting requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably with team leadership experience. Familiar with Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations, and office management.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a small HR/Admin team.
• Hands-on experience in Learning & Development, employee relations, and appraisal management.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple ad-hoc assignments.
• Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and other relevant software.
