Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Assist in preparing construction schedules and cost estimates.
Ensure projects align with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
On-Site Supervision
Oversee daily site operations and monitor progress.
Ensure compliance with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) codes and safety regulations.
Conduct inspections and enforce use of protective equipment.
Technical Expertise
Provide engineering solutions to site issues.
Coordinate technical meetings and manage submissions.
Resource & Stakeholder Management
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare progress reports, safety records, and compliance documentation.
Present updates to project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering.
- Experience: 1–3 years
- Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety standards. Proficiency in construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
