Job Description
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, training records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Support recruitment activities: job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate correspondence, and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
• Assist in tracking employee attendance, leaves, and absence management.
• Ensure HR documentation complies with industry standards, including certifications relevant to precision engineering (e.g., ISO 9001, HSE standards).
• Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data.
• Support the implementation of employee training programs, particularly those related to health & safety and technical upskilling.
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Help maintain a positive working environment and support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Provide general administrative support including filing, photocopying, data entry, and correspondence management.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems (physical and electronic).
• Support finance and procurement departments with basic clerical tasks such as invoice, delivery order matching and document collation.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min O Level for fresh grads
- Min 2 Years’ experience in HR for non-diploma/degree holders preferred
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Assertive, have good communication skills
- Able to communicate with Chinese speaking employees
- Multi-tasker, able to cope with stress
