Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Front Office team to ensure high standards of service at all times.
Develop and implement new strategies and systems to improve efficiencies in Front Office operations.
Ensure room occupancy information is collated and maintained accurately and properly communicated to respective departments.
Ensure all guests are well taken care of and accorded attention.
Handle and resolve guest complaints or contentious issues.
Review compliance management on organisational guidelines and legal regulations required for Front Office operations.
Develop crisis management, business continuity and recovery plans for the Front Office.
Analyses rate variance and monitors credit limit report.
Manage departmental budgets to ensure proper utilisation and accounting of resources.
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or professional qualifications in Hotel Management.
Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in Front Office operations including 2-3 years as an Assistant Front Office Manager or Senior Duty Manager.
Comprehensive knowledge in using Hotel PMS.
Proficient in all aspects of Front Office computer system, including software maintenance, report generation, analysis and configuration changes.
Ability to handle multiple tasks under time and resource pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well-groomed and service-oriented with a passion to serve.
Strong analytical, problem resolution and leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols and security checks within hotel premises and report any suspicious, maintenance and/ or hazardous concerns to the Security Manager.
Provide crowd and traffic control within the premises, including during VIPs visits and official events.
Investigate and report all allegations of theft, criminal damage and other incidents to the Security Manager.
Prepare Incident Report pertaining to all safety and security related incidents after the necessary actions have been taken.
Manage undesirable behavior in a professional manner, intervene and defuse potential altercations.
Constantly remain updated on fire evacuation procedures, and handle catastrophic situations such as bomb threats and evacuation procedures effectively.
Oversee carpark operations and render assistance where necessary.
Assist Front Desk Office with luggage and transport arrangements.
Requirements:
Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.
Holder of a valid security license issued from the Singapore Police Force.
Ability to maintain a sound sense of judgment in emergency situations.
Mature and positive individual.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Completed WSQ Security module (Provide Guard and Patrol Services, Handle Security Incidents and Services, Recognise Terrorist Threats)
First Aid, CPR and AED certified.
Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
