The HR Executive supports the day-to-day human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This role ensures smooth HR operations, maintains accurate records, and supports company policies and processes to foster a positive and compliant work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling

·       Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents

·       Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires

·       Maintain and update employee records and HR systems

·       Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations

·       Manage attendance, leave records, and staff documentation

·       Prepare HR-related letters (confirmation, warning, termination, etc.)

·       Administer employee benefits and claims

·       Serve as a point of contact for employee queries

·       Support in handling employee issues and disciplinary matters

·       Promote a positive and professional work environment

·       Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and SOPs

Requirements:

·       Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

·       Knowledge of local employment regulations is an advantage

The Purchasing Executive is responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor relationships, and inventory planning to support smooth business operations. This role ensures timely sourcing of materials, cost efficiency, and accurate documentation, while maintaining strong coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities 

·       Evaluate vendor capabilities, quality, pricing, and delivery terms to select the most suitable suppliers

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply and favourable terms

·       Manage the full procurement cycle, including converting Purchase Requests to Purchase Orders

·       Monitor and analyse purchasing trends, preparing reports for cost control and decision-making

·       Identify and address price discrepancies, including tracking and managing price changes

·       Maintain and update purchasing records and reports for accurate tracking and easy retrieval

·       Plan and manage inventory levels, including safety stock calculations, to minimise stockouts and overstocking

·       Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery of materials

·       Liaise with Operations and Sales teams to verify deliveries and resolve discrepancies

·       Develop, review, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for procurement processes

·       Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures

·       Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned

Requirements

·       Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

·       Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement(preferred)

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

The Operations Executive supports the smooth execution of production and installation activities by coordinating schedules, managing stock movement, and ensuring accurate reporting. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to maintain efficiency across the company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Reserve and commit stock for production orders via SAP B1.
• Prepare and update production and installation reports.
• Manage production and installation schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Raise stock-related issues and coordinate with the Purchasing Department for replenishment.
• Verify and countercheck production sheets to minimize errors.
• Assist in planning and scheduling workers’ courses and other operational activities.
• Ensure accurate attendance tracking for project costing and manpower reporting.
• Ensure the health and safety of the operational team by upholding and enforcing workplace safety standards.
• Support general administrative tasks related to operations and handle any ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.

Requirements

• ITE or Diploma in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations-related role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of SAP B1 is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Highly motivated and hardworking with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Possession of a valid WSH Coordinator certification will be a strong advantage.

Requirements:

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.

· Prior experience in the building industry is preferred.

· Existing network of architects and contractors is a strong advantage.

· Proficient in both spoken and written English.

· Previous sales experience preferred.

· Possesses a valid Class 3 driving license and owns a vehicle.

· Resilient and adaptable; able to work in challenging site environments.
