Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the student care centre for P1–P6 students, ensuring smooth scheduling of arrival, homework, programmes, and dismissal
- Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and student supervision to protect student wellbeing and emotional safety
- Manage administrative processes including attendance tracking, billing coordination, and reporting to support operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of teachers and mentors to deliver programmes aligned with the centre’s guiding philosophy
- Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to develop staff capabilities and maintain a positive team culture
- Serve as the primary contact for parents, building trust and managing feedback, concerns, and sensitive situations with professionalism
- Provide regular updates to parents on student progress and centre activities to enhance parent experience
- Ensure consistent and high-quality execution of programmes across all mentors, collaborating with management to refine programme delivery
- Uphold strict safeguarding standards and ethical conduct, handling behavioural cases with maturity
- Support student enrolment efforts by conducting centre tours, converting leads, and assisting in hiring, onboarding, and training of mentors
- Take ownership of centre growth initiatives and align operations with brand positioning to drive continuous improvement
Preferred qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field
- Experience in premium or boutique education environments
- Familiarity with programme-based or inquiry-based learning approaches
