Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary

Mentor and guide students in the National Robotic Competition (NRC) to develop their technical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills by teaching robotics concepts and supporting innovative robotic solution design and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach students to prepare effectively for the National Robotic Competition (NRC) by developing competition-ready robotic projects
• Teach robotics concepts including building mechanical structures, programming software, and system design to enhance students’ technical skills
• Support students in brainstorming and developing practical solutions to real-world problems using robotics

This position combines front-end administrative responsibilities with teaching and mentoring students in robotics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working with children, and has a passion for education and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

• Handle daily administrative operations, including class scheduling and attendance tracking
• Manage student enrolments, registrations, and payment follow-ups
• Respond to parent enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email in a professional manner
• Coordinate trial classes, make-up lessons, and class arrangements
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation
• Support marketing activities such as event coordination, roadshows, and promotions
• Ensure smooth day-to-day centre operations

Robotics Educator Duties:

• Conduct robotics classes for students (typically aged 3–16)
