Key Responsibilities
Production Management: Supervising day-to-day operations to ensure production schedules, volume, and quality targets are achieved.
Staff Supervision: Leading, training, scheduling, and evaluating manufacturing technicians and operators.
Safety & Compliance: Enforcing all safety protocols, health regulations, and environmental standards.
Process Optimization: Identifying and implementing improvements to production methods to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintenance Coordination: Collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure machinery and equipment are operational.
Reporting: Monitoring performance metrics and preparing operational reports for management.
Physical Requirements
