Job Scope

Job Summary

Drive and operate a prime mover to collect, transport, and shift containers safely while maintaining the vehicle in good working condition.

Responsibilities

• Drive a prime mover to collect containers and transport them to designated locations safely and on schedule
• Operate the prime mover to shift containers efficiently within work sites or yards
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on the prime mover to ensure it remains in safe, working condition

JOB SCOPE

• Responsible for planning, organizing, fleet management and manage controller.

• Manage a fleet of trucks and drivers to achieve KPI.

• Manage operational issues, such as escalation, investigation and come up with preventive

measures/plans.

• Establish safety and security procedures.

• Increase trucking customer base and revenue.

• Coordinate with In-house customer service to meet customer delivery schedule/timing to

achieve consistent service level.

• Ensure that all drivers abide to safety at all time to achieve zero accident rate.

• Coaching assistant traffic controller on daily deployment.

• Develop activities to improve quality of logistics services.

• Develop schedules, taking into consideration on transportation timeline and availability of

resources.

• Develop vehicle fleet management plan and contingency plans.

• Facilitate cargo consolidation activities for LCL.

• Identify risk factors which impact the efficiency of transport operation.

• Optimise usage on allocated resources within business activities.

• Implement incident / crisis management initiatives.

• Plan cargo / material handling security procedures.

• Plan on performance and improvement strategies on operations.

• Plan delivery and pick-up transportation schedule.

• Any other ad-hoc duties required by Management and Reporting Officer.

Job Requirements

• 5 years related experience in logistics industry with 1 year managerial experience leading a team
• GCE O level and above
• Strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work 5.5 days work week

Job Summary

To provide administrative support by coordinating with internal stakeholders, preparing billing data, maintaining records, and generating reports to ensure smooth business operations. This position requires the person to be stationed in our Jurong branch office. We offer a 5 day work week, health insurance and staff benefits.

Job Scope

• Oversee and coordinate daily tasks to ensure a seamless control centre operation.
• Collaborate with team members to evaluate lapse, rectify, and recommend changes.

Requirements

• Work hours are Tuesday to Friday 1400hrs to 2200hrs, Monday and Saturday 1300hrs to 2200hrs.
• Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business Administration/Finance and above.
• Mininum 2 years working experience in transport distribution or first/last mile delivery operations.
• Good PC skills in Microsoft Office
• Experience in CRM
• Familiar with Singapore traffic rules and regulations
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics
• Candidates who can start work immediately or on short notice will have an added advantage.
