We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Generalist to provide maternity cover (4 days per week). This role will oversee end-to-end HR operations across multiple international markets to ensure smooth day-to-day HR functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Middle East and Japan.
• Provide support for recruitment, including gathering hiring requirements, managing offers, and building strong talent pipelines across the business units.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver suitable talent solutions.
• Handle HR administration, including drafting employment contracts and letters, and managing MOM work pass applications and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations and relevant employment laws across all operating countries and NS Portal updates.
• Support and execute employee engagement initiatives such as team bonding events, wellness programs, and internal activities.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives and conduct attrition analysis to improve retention strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices; familiarity with international HR operations is a plus.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to work independently.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

• Support senior team in developing and executing communications strategies – PR, social media marketing, owned and earned content.
• Develop and sustain a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and trends.
• Cultivating relationships with key spokespeople, media and influencers (in Singapore and across the APAC region).
• Be involved in developing new business proposals and pitching.
• Develop media monitoring and media coverage reports with an understanding of how to analyse and value coverage pieces.
• Ensure delivery of key milestones including presentations, approvals, and production.
• Writing and editing content for a variety of external and internal communications channels.
• Be responsible to create clear, actionable client-facing communications, status reports, campaign summary reports and general account activity reports.
• Immersing yourself in all things media – from the latest movers to monitoring the daily news agenda, analysing how outlets are covering key trends, developing media relationships…and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to drive business growth and revenue.

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience: 4–6 years of experience in an integrated, creative, or digital agency environment.
• Client Management: Proven track record in managing multiple accounts and delivering high client satisfaction.
• Integrated Communications Expertise: Strong understanding of content, social media, digital marketing, and campaign strategy.
• Business Development: Experience in pitching, proposal development, and client acquisition.
• Detail-Oriented & Organised: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Ability to contribute to both organic and paid campaign strategies.

Additional Requirements

• Language: Fluent in both Malay and English (written and spoken) — proficiency in both languages is essential to meet our client’s communication needs for this role.
• Cultural Understanding: Deep understanding of Malay culture within Singapore is highly advantageous.
• Production Knowledge: Basic understanding of video production processes (e.g. shoots, editing workflows, timelines) will be an added advantage.
