• Lead and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient team performance
• Manage and mentor maintenance teams to enhance skills and operational effectiveness
• Communicate and collaborate with clients to address service needs and maintain strong relationships
• Develop, implement, and monitor risk management documents to ensure compliance and safety
• Conduct training and on-the-job coaching for maintenance staff to improve technical competencies
• Monitor and drive maintenance and repair revenue targets through effective team management

• Apply hands-on technical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain fire alarm and fire protection systems
• Utilize MS Office tools proficiently to document, report, and communicate operational data

Requirements

• Relevant diploma or degree in a related field
• More than 10 years of industry experience in fire protection system maintenance and installation
• Technical competency in fire alarm and fire protection systems
• Class 3 driving license (preferred but not essential for core duties)
