Support the Project Manager in daily project coordination and administrative functions
• Monitor construction progress and liaise closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure timely execution
• Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including quotations, contracts, and progress reports
• Assist in permit applications and regulatory submissions (e.g. BCA and relevant authorities)
• Manage general administrative duties, including proper documentation and filing systems
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
• Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry
• Good understanding of construction workflows, documentation, and coordination processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Able to communicate effectively with site workers; proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willing and able to commit to a 6-day work week
