I am a serial entrepreneur running multiple businesses, and I am looking for a highly meticulous, creative, and adaptable Personal Assistant to be my right hand. This is not a traditional desk job. You will be my shadow, helping me manage the chaos of running several companies while simultaneously capturing the behind-the-scenes reality of my day-to-day life for my personal and business branding.
If you are someone who gets deep satisfaction from organizing a messy calendar, sorting out finances, and running errands, but also loves holding a camera, framing a good shot, and piecing together engaging content, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do (The PA Side – 70%)
- Schedule & Time Management: Own my calendar. Brief me every morning on what the day looks like, where I need to be, and what I need to prepare.
- Business & Personal Admin: Handle general administrative tasks, basic accounting, expense tracking, and organizing financial documents across my different companies.
- Errands & Operations: Be ready to move. You will help run cross-business errands, coordinate logistics, and ensure my personal and professional life runs smoothly.
- Gatekeeping: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, filtering out the noise so I can focus on high-level decisions.
What You’ll Do (The Content Side – 30%)
- Shadow & Shoot: Follow me to meetings, site visits, and daily activities to capture organic, behind-the-scenes video and photo content for my personal brand and business pages.
- Creative Input: Brainstorm content ideas, trending audio, or angles that align with my brand identity as an entrepreneur.
- Media Management: Organize and manage all digital assets, ensuring raw footage is properly backed up and categorized.
- Basic Editing (Bonus): Stitch together short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) natively or using apps like CapCut.

- Experience in basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Prior experience working with business owners, founders, or creators.
- A portfolio or examples of social media content you’ve shot or edited.
