Premises Maintenance Officer (Central Area)

• Carry out general maintenance and repair works (e.g. painting, wall patching, plumbing, air-conditioning servicing, electrical fixtures)
• Perform daily facilities inspection and maintenance (alarm system, access card system, CCTV, fire protection system, office equipment, etc.)
• Respond to and prioritize maintenance requests efficiently
• Work closely with Front Office and Housekeeping teams to ensure guests’ requests are met
• Assist with car park control duties
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Responsible, hands-on, and able to work independently
• Able to work 6 days per week
• Hotel / hospitality environment
