Your duties will include but not limited to:
● Preparation of meat in variety of choices, which includes but not limited to handling, deboning, trimming, tying, grinding, tenderizing and slicing meat.
● Assist in all processes of meat, sausages and ham production as directed.
● Handles raw material receiving and handling on production floor
● Handles meat processing equipment such as mincer, tumbler, bowl cutter, stuffer, bandsaw, slicer, packing line and utensils.
● Ensure production processes are as per SOP and products quality to customer
● Good stock rotation: Inventory Stock Checks for storage chillers and freezers
● Able to read and speak simple English
● Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
● Maintain overall production floor hygiene, Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Personal Hygiene at all times
