Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant HR cum Accounts to support our Human Resources and Accounts functions. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of HR operations and accounting processes, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Support payroll preparation and attendance management

• Handle employee queries related to HR policies

• Assist in compliance with labor laws and company policies

Accounts Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting entries

• Maintain records of invoices, payments, and expenses

• Support accounts payable and receivable functions

• Assist in bank reconciliation and filing of financial documents

• Coordinate with auditors and external consultants when required

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers may also apply, if applicable)

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and accounting principles

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Knowledge of accounting software will be an advantage

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Prepare quality reports, perform process audit, develop & implements quality assurance standards, policies, processes & controls.
• Able to Liaise & resolve with customers on quality related issues.
• Data Compilation, Co-ordination and facilitation of all internal and external audits, re-certification of ISO 9001

Sales Engineer / Manager (Min. 2 years Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Abilities to read & interpret mechanical drawing is a must.
• Good Communication & interpersonal skills.
• Identify develop new business opportunities.
• Respond to customers, enquiries, quotation, follow up, provide technical solution to client on co's products & services.
• Expand existing business opportunities.

• Work with operation team in providing total customer service.

Requirement:

• Experience in Precision Manufacturing environments.
• Possess valid Class 3 driving license (Preferably with own vehicle).

• Operate CNC Milling / Turning machine.
• Set up tools and parts for CNC machine.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machine.
• Machined products according to customer’s specifications.
• Perform editing of programming if necessary.
• Knowledge of basic measuring instruments and methods.
• Able to read engineering drawing

• Process sales orders & quotation in a timely manner.
• Prompt response to new / repeat orders received via e-mails and faxes.
• Assist in monitoring all pending sales orders, updating customers regularly on delivery date and in keeping the customers informed of delivery schedule.
• Responsible for coordinating with Accounts Department to ensure prompt payment collection for cash on delivery transaction and with Purchasing Department on incoming stock.
• Release job order to production in the correct order and ensure delivery arrangement to customers orders are delivered timely.
• Update superior on any data discrepancies.
• Prepare documentation for delivery purposes and apply product certification from relevant authorities for custom requirement.
