Porsche Singapore is seeking an experienced Porsche Consultant (Pre-owned) to optimise sales and profitability, while building trust and delivering exceptional customer care throughout the purchase and ownership lifecycle. The successful candidate will serve as a brand ambassador, strengthening Porsche Singapore’s position as the authorised and preferred dealer for pre-owned Porsches and promoting the Porsche Approved Programme to customers. • Conduct customer consultations throughout the sales process, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the Porsche brand, history, products, services, and technologies, while ensuring a thorough understanding of vehicle specifications, features, and performance to offer expert guidance.

Porsche Singapore is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Consultant to serve as the primary contact for our customers and workshop team, delivering exceptional, prompt, and seamless service while ensuring all automotive service and repair needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to strengthen Porsche’s brand equity, enhance the customer experience, and support business growth. The ideal candidate possesses strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, leadership qualities, and the ability to translate market insights into impactful marketing initiatives.

• Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy and event calendar to support business objectives, strengthen Porsche’s brand equity, and drive customer engagement across all Porsche business lines in Singapore.
• Lead the planning and execution of integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns, events, digital initiatives, and prospecting activities for new cars, pre-owned cars, Aftersales, and Porsche Lifestyle to drive awareness, engagement, footfall, leads, and conversions.
• Manage and optimise the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources, strong return on investment (ROI), and alignment with business priorities.
• Oversee media strategy and campaign performance across all channels, working closely with external agencies to ensure effective targeting, efficient media spend, and measurable impact.
• Govern the end-to-end customer journey and engagement strategy in close collaboration with Sales, Aftersales, CRM, and the Customer Interaction Centre. • Manage visual merchandising concepts, retail storytelling elements, and marketing assets (e.g., brochures, display vehicles, digital touchpoints) to enhance the customer journey, brand immersion, and commercial performance.
