The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining logistics and shipment data in company systems while ensuring data accuracy and completeness. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scanning and digital filing of documents, invoices, and receipts.
- Perform general administrative duties related to accounting and finance.
Requirements:
- Proficient in UBS and Xero accounting software ; no prior experience required - training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
