Job Requirements

• Familiarize with company’s Quality Management System and ensure it’s effective application.

• Following up routing order from nominated agents.
• Data entry & arrange cargo transfer to warehouse on coload booking.
• Provide updated nomination tariff to POD agents.
• Billing to nominated agent on door delivery, door delivery shipments & other nomination related billing.
• Attending enquiry on cargo transshipment status, cargo acceptance, door delivery quotation & other transshipment related matter.
• Provided updated transshipment tariff to POL agents.
• Support role to assist in resolving issues and handling disputes with agents when problems arise.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in the relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in shipping / freight forwarding.
• Possess good communication and customer service skills.
• Meticulous with an eye for details.
• Pleasant personality with positive working attitude.
• Interested in data entry and doing documentation.
• Proficient in PC application (MS Word, Excel)

Key Responsibilities

A) End-User & Desktop Support

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows systems.
• Install, configure, and support printers, scanners, and related hardware.
• Set up and troubleshoot mobile devices (iOS and Android), including email and security configurations.

b) Conference Support

• Support and configure, and maintain conference room Audio/Visual systems, including video conferencing hardware.
• Support collaboration and communication services including video conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams).
• Provide on-site and remote assistance for executive meetings, town halls, and hybrid conferences to ensure seamless A/V performance.

c) Software & Application Support

• Coding skills: PHP, HTML, and MS SQL Server; VB 6.0, C#, .NET, and Crystal Reports.
• Configure, support, and troubleshoot in-house applications and software systems.
• Provide support for common productivity tools, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Diagnose and resolve email and mail-flow issues, including Outlook configuration and mailbox access problems.
• Assist users with application issues, updates, and usage guidance.

d) Infrastructure & Server Room Support

• Skilled in Fortinet Firewall and VOIP setup, with practical experience in network security and telephony management.
• Proficient in configuring secure TCP ports and resolving communication issues.
• Perform basic server room maintenance, including equipment checks, cable management, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with monitoring and first-line troubleshooting of servers, switches, and network equipment.
• Escalate complex infrastructure issues to senior engineers or external vendors where required.

e) IT Operations & Support Processes

• Maintain accurate documentation for systems, configurations, and known issues.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of staff, including account setup and equipment preparation.

Requirements

• Possess a college diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiar with various Windows operating systems, printing systems and computer hardware (desktop computers, laptops, etc.).
• Familiar with the management and maintenance of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and shared file servers
• Good experience of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP), ability to support Office Network, Shared Drive, Wireless, and VPN connectivity
• Fundamental knowledge virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware)
• Experience with backup procedures and basic data recovery support.
• Familiarity with endpoint security, and patching processes.
• Hands-on experience with meeting and conference room technologies.
• Ability to work with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and equipment support.
• Strong team player who works well with others across technical and non-technical teams.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical issues clearly.
• Able to multi-task, work methodically, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead / Senior Import Executive to join us. This role supports our Import Manager in overseeing daily import operations and ensuring smooth customs clearance and coordination with overseas partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Import Manager in managing daily import operations
• Coordinate import arrangements and provide operational support to the sales team
• Work with internal teams to improve operational processes and efficiency
• Liaise with overseas branches and appointed agents on shipment matters
• Ensure import procedures comply with company policies and ISO 9001 standards
• Act as a key point of contact for customs-related matters (Inter-Gateway permits)
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management
• Handle other import-related duties as required

• 3–6 years’ experience in import operations or freight forwarding
