Job Summary

Full set of accounts for an overseas subsidiary. (Located in Saudi)

Key Responsibilities

• Process AP invoices and employee claims online for an overseas subsidiary, ensuring the tax invoice complied with the regulation for claiming of VAT and resolving any issues on the invoices with vendors or internal stakeholders
• Prepare payment for invoices and claims per payment cycle or ad-hoc urgent payment upon request
• Raise AR invoice timely upon receipt of necessary documents from internal stakeholders
• Follow up with customers on outstanding AR invoices due for payment
• Update of cashbook on daily basis, monitoring of cashflow and cashflow forecast
• Prepare cash utilization report for submission to Group
• Month end activities such as bank recon, accrual entries etc
• Prepare audit schedules for selected accounts
• Prepare quarterly VAT report for submission
• Review and follow up on outstanding items in the accounts such as GRIR etc
• Register vendors or customers base on SOP
• Assist on yearly audit
• Other ad-hoc duties such as replying to VAT query
• Prepare ad-hoc payments or fund transfer for SG entities
• Assist on month end AP reclassification entries for SG entities

Key Requirements

• Polytechnic Graduate/LCCI/ACCA foundation level and above.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Words.
• Experience in SAP will be advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill. 

Position Summary

Plays a critical role within the Commercial Department as the key point of contact with external clients, as well as internal stakeholders – production, subcon, purchasing, finance – during the project life cycle. Performs the key role of capturing all the planned and additional works and billing clients in a timely manner.

Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Attend VSCC meeting and progress meeting on board vessel.
2. Inspection of additional works with trades / SRM / subcontractor / Owner.
3. Submit and agree prices for all additional works, based on manhours, materials and subcontractor, before commencement of work.
4. Submit weekly cost update to owner.
5. Prepare part payment invoice and follow up with remittance.
6. Negotiation and settlement of final repair invoice with owner / Tech Supt
7. Monitor, track and report project budget and P&L on a weekly basis
8. Project Costing/Revenue reporting to Finance for Month end closing.
9. Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Position Summary

Oversees daily security operations, manages the security staff and ensures the protection of people, property and assets. Responsible for implementing security protocols, conducting training and serving as the primary point of contact for emergency situations.

Carry out inspection related to pipe work to ensures steel/ piping system quality by conducting inspections, monitoring fabrication and installation, verifying material compliance, and managing quality documentation against project specifications and codes for shipbuilding/ship repair and ship conversion and QA-related activity.

• Check material certifications (mill test reports), verify material traceability, inspect welding consumables, andmonitor welder qualifications.
• Conduct visual inspections of steel/ piping components, witness NDE (Non-Destructive Examination) and destructive tests, and verify welding procedure
• Liaise with the ship-owner representative and class surveyors for QA inspection.
• Maintain quality documents, including inspection and test plans (ITPs), inspection reports, material records, and final test reports.
• Check all the drawings are according to owner and class specifications.
• Proper documentation of all the drawings & calibration certificates.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage an R&D team to conduct system-level technology development and R&D projects, ensuring alignment with internal policies and procedures
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and decision support in relevant projects across ship systems, automation, and power domains
• Support new business opportunities by development of testing platforms and translation into operational tools or commercial services
• Reporting and tracking the progress of R&D projects to stakeholders or funding agencies

Key Requirements

• Technically proven with a minimum of 7 years of experience in systems engineering, automation, or software-in-the-loop/hardware-in-the-loop testing and industrial communication protocols
• Proven leadership of applied R&D or leading cross-disciplinary teams spanning software, electrical and marine domains
• Experience in the development of digital twins, model-based design for marine energy systems and/or real-time simulation of marine vessel dynamics, power networks, and machinery plants preferred
