• Assist in workforce planning and talent succession planning, including headcount monitoring and manpower forecasting

• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and support business decision-making.

• Prepare regular reports and dashboards on workforce metrics such as attrition and employee engagement

• Support budgeting activities for the respective Line of Business

• Handle claims processing and grant submissions when required

• Prepare and submit government reports and surveys, including NWC and MOM statistics

• Manage e-billing processes and related administrative tasks

• Undertake and support additional HR projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partnering or generalist capacity

• Strong knowledge of HR practices with proven ability to provide effective HR solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and input HR data accurately into existing reports and dashboards

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management, with the ability to analyze and interpret HR metrics

• Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
