Job Responsibilities
Assist the accounting team in daily bookkeeping, including data entry, invoice processing, and expense recording, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual accounting documents, such as financial statements, expense reports and tax-related forms.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., project, procurement) to collect financial-related information and resolve simple accounting inquiries.
Maintain and organize accounting files, both electronic and physical, in compliance with Singapore’s accounting regulations and company policies.
Assist in accounts receivable and payable management, including following up on payment status and reconciling accounts.
Support the annual audit work by providing required accounting data and documents.
Undertake other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the finance manager.
Job Requirements
Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in English (both written and spoken); basic Mandarin is an advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues/clients.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and basic accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) is preferred.
Detail-oriented, careful and responsible, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities, able to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of Singapore’s accounting standards and tax regulations is a plus.
Willing to learn and grow with the company, with a positive work attitude.
