What You'll Do
- Develop and execute global user acquisition strategies across digital advertising channels
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across different stages of the game lifecycle, including pre-registration, launch and live operations
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics and overall budget efficiency
- Manage daily campaign operations, including bid strategy, audience targeting and budget allocation
- Lead creative planning and execution, including video and static ads
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies and campaign data to continuously improve marketing performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Art, Operations and Data teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure quality delivery and performance outcomes
- Establish and improve internal processes, including campaign testing frameworks, creative workflows and performance tracking systems
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and relevant advertising regulations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in user acquisition, digital marketing or performance marketing, preferably in the gaming industry
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns across different global markets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in creative production processes (e.g. video ads) will be an advantage
- Familiarity with mobile games and user behavior is preferred
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data tools, BI systems or marketing analytics platforms
- Experience working with AI tools to support creative production or campaign optimization
- Working proficiency in Chinese is preferred to support collaboration with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and teams
