Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and timelines.
• Plan, maintain and manage manpower deployment, shifts, and attendance.
• Monitor expenditures and review project costs.
• Ensure site safety and compliance with building standards.
• Handle incidents, report issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project manager, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Resolve onsite technical and work-related issues with engineers or consultants. Ensure workers are equipped with the required PPE.
• Ensure productivity and discipline of site workforce.
• Communicate clearly with management regarding site status and issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of construction site supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of building practices, safety regulations, and project management.
• Ability to mentor teams and lead in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
• Handle GST filings and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare full-set financial statements and convert data into XBRL format
• Calculating tax liabilities, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
• Analyse financial status, forecast trends, and help with budgeting.
• Conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to prepare financial statements.
• Prepare, analyse, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial statements and reports, including but not limited to Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Invoices.

Qualifications &Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in payroll, GST, AP, AR, and staff reimbursements.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Info-Tech, QuickBooks, Xero).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse complex financial data to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge or experience with information technology is a plus.
