Job Summary 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Accountant to manage and oversee all tax-related matters in compliance with Singapore regulations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate tax filings, provide advisory support, and keep the company aligned with Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore requirements. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare and file corporate tax returns (Form C / Form C-S / Form C-S Lite) 

• Handle GST registration, reporting, and submissions 

• Ensure compliance with Singapore tax laws and regulations (IRAS guidelines) 

• Perform tax computations, deferred tax calculations, and tax provisioning 

• Manage tax audits, queries, and correspondence with IRAS 

• Advise management on tax planning strategies and risk mitigation 

• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess impact on business 

• Support transfer pricing documentation (if applicable) 

• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants 

• Maintain proper documentation and records for all tax matters 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 

• Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred 

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant tax experience in Singapore 

• Strong knowledge of Singapore tax regulations (corporate tax & GST) 

• Familiarity with IRAS e-filing systems 

• Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Xero, QuickBooks) 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities 

Preferred Skills 

• Experience in Big 4 accounting firms is an advantage 

• Knowledge of international tax / transfer pricing 

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
