Headquartered in Singapore with a proven track record in system formwork construction, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Design Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Produce design and shop drawings
• Preparation of design analysis and calculations
• Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure intentions of design are fulfilled
• Ensure work is designed with available inventory and in conformance with contractual obligations
• Establish comprehensive material list

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 1 year experience working in the building and construction industry
• Experience in formwork systems will be an advantage
• Working knowledge of softwares: Microsoft Office, AutoCad
• Good communication skills (Oral and Written). English proficiency is a must
• Team player and positive attitude to learning
• Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines

Key Accountabilities:

• Financial planning for the company
• Functional leadership of finance team
• Strategic & Operational financial planning, analysis, performance management
• Prepare and present effective and accurate business analysis
• Manage cash flows, bank relationships and all tax related issues

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and perform the daily activities of the corporate accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivables.
• Maintain the accounts in accordance with GAAP, IFRS and Singapore accounting standards and guidance.
• Work together with various departments to develop short-term and long range planning through periodically forecasting and annual budgeting.
• Monitor and control the costs and expenditure against the budgetary limits.
• Prepares monthly financial and regulatory reports, GST and taxation matters.
• Prepare and submit group consolidated financial results to associated companies (Singapore and Malaysia).
• Manage and oversee the group of accounts, group consolidation of accounts (Singapore and Malaysia).
• Effectively manage expenses, working capital and cash flow; ensure that the Profit & Loss is accurate and statements are delivered to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Provide support and review of monthly report for subsidiary office in overseas, office administration and finance structure for consolidation of accounts.
• Maintain and monitoring of company assets/Inventory

Responsibilities

• Draft engineering and shop drawings to support construction and fabrication processes
• Prepare detailed shop and fabrication drawings ensuring accuracy for manufacturing and assembly
• Assist in preparing and managing engineering documentation and administrative tasks to support project workflows

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in any engineering discipline
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D AutoCAD softwares to enhance drafting capabilities
• Ability to work independently with strong communication skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese to facilitate team collaboration and documentation
